Franklin U.S. Rising Dividends Corporate Class

Investment Objective and Strategy

The fund mandate seeks to achieve long-term capital appreciation by investing substantially all its assets in units of Franklin U.S. Rising Dividends Fund (the “underlying fund”). The underlying fund invests primarily in a diversified portfolio of U.S. equities, with at least 80% of its net assets in companies that have paid consistently rising dividends.

A core U.S. holding. Ideal for investors seeking exposure to a core U.S. equity holding for their portfolios. It offers the potential for long-term growth and performance through dividend-paying U.S. equities.

Reinvesting for growth. The focus is on investing in companies with a history of consistent and substantial dividend increases, and that have the potential for higher future cash flows.
