Franklin Templeton retail mutual funds have paid distributions for their 2020 taxation year ends. This document lists each series of each retail mutual fund and indicates the distribution amounts expressed in Canadian dollars per unit, paid at the fund’s taxation year end.
On November 20, 2020, Franklin Templeton paid dividends for some of our Corporate Class funds which were terminated on or around November 20, 2020. We encourage you to talk to your advisor about the potential implications these dividends might have on your overall investment plan.
On November 19, 2020, Franklin Templeton paid distributions for some of our funds to investors of record of the applicable series at the close of business on November 18, 2020 one day prior to the merger effective date of November 20, 2020.
On November 13, 2020, Franklin Templeton paid dividends for Templeton Growth Fund, Ltd which was merged into Templeton Growth Fund on November 13, 2020.
On November 6, 2020, the following Franklin Templeton funds paid distributions to investors of record of the applicable classes and series at the close of business on November 5, 2020 one day prior to the termination effective date of November 6, 2020.
Unitholders of record on December 31, 2020 will receive a per-unit reinvested distribution payable on January 8, 2021.
